If you believe any purchased items may have manufacturing faults, please follow the below steps.
If the item was purchased in one of our stores;
Any items purchased in-store must be taken back there. Unfortunately, we do not allow any in-store orders to be returned to our online warehouse. However you can visit any of our stores and the store manager will assess the fault and if deemed faulty, they will be able to assist you.

If the item was purchased online;
You can visit any of our stores and the store manager will assess the fault and if deemed faulty, they will be able to assist you. However, with any PayPal orders, you must contact our Customer Experience team here and they will help you with the returns process.
You will be asked to provide proof of purchase as well as photographs that clearly display the fault.
Please do not send the faulty product back without contacting us first.
