If you can not add a size to the cart, and experience the message 'out of stock', then, unfortunately, we are sold out.

Do you stock any vegan products?
Yes, we do! We stock a range of vegan shoes at Platypus.
If you’re looking to purchase any cruelty-free products, simply head over to the search bar at the top of the page and type in ‘vegan’. This will bring up our vegan range.

How can I tell if an item is in stock?
Our stock levels are constantly fluctuating, however, if an item is listed on the website it is generally in-stock.

We stand by our INFIKNIT product. So much that we are guaranteeing it for life. No catch. If it rips, tears, or develops a hole, we’ll send you a new pair or give you a refund.* If you have an issue, please contact our Customer Experience team here and provide the following information:
- Your original order number or date of purchase and the store you purchased from
- Photos of all the information on the inside cuff of the sock
- Clear close-up photo of the problem areas in the sock
- Photo of the entire pair.
Please note that this is only valid for INFIKNIT products. The easiest way to determine whether or not your item is part of the Infiknit collection is that there will be a logo on the inside cuff of the sock.
Our Kicks Team will review your claim and get back to you as soon as possible. If approved, we will offer an online refund or a replacement pair in the same style. If this style is no longer available, then we will offer a pair of your choice of equal value.

How does unisex sizing work?
Unisex sizing follows the Mens size curve.
Sizing will vary between each brand. We understand sizing can be quite tricky so we recommend using the size selector which is located on each product page. If you already have an existing shoe in the same brand, that's usually a good indicator of the size!
Select a size and toggle between Men’s/Women’s/UK/EU to find your size conversion.
When purchasing an item from a unisex range or brand, your invoice will reflect the default US Men's size, so there is no need to be concerned that you've ordered the wrong size!
For example, you might be a US Womens 7 however it will show as US Mens 5 at the checkout and on your order confirmation. In this instance, a US Mens 5 is equivalent to a US Womens 7!

How do I know what size I am?
If you're unsure of what size you are, you can simply click into the desired product and click on "View Size Chart". This will pull up the size chart for that particular brand.
We would recommend following this process for each pair of shoes you are thinking of buying as different shoes and brands can fit differently.
Please note that when you click into a product, it will automatically display in the default sizing for that particular shoe. You can select the drop-down button and convert the sizing over.
